The aim of the research is to prepare harmonic exercises using scientific methods to develop physical abilities and teach the skill of the dyamidov on the parallel apparatus to junior gymnastics players aged (11-13), as well as to identify the effect of harmonic exercises to develop physical abilities and to teach the skill of the dyamidov on the parallel apparatus to junior gymnastics players aged (11-13). The research sample included junior gymnastics team players aged (11-13) years for the 2023-2024 sports season, and they were selected using a comprehensive inventory method because the vocabulary of the stages of learning the diamidov skill is given according to the program of the Technical Committee of the International Federation of Gymnastics in the sequence of giving the skills, Players under these ages who were qualified to perform this skill were selected, and their number was (6). The problem of the research was identified in the delay in learning gymnastics skills, including the dyamidov skill, as a result of technical errors in performance. Through the researchers’ follow-up of the players, it was found that weak physical abilities lead to Technical errors, hence the researchers resorted to using combinatorial exercises to develop physical abilities and teach the skill of diamidov. The study concluded the effectiveness of using harmonic exercises in the skillful performance of the diamid movement for gymnast players, and that harmonic exercises have proven effective in developing the physical abilities of gymnast players.
