The study aimed to identify Psychological tension and its relationship to athletic achievement motivation among male and female players of some teams sport games in Kadoorie University. To achieve this, the study was conducted on a purposive sample of (74) male and female players from the collective sports teams and those registered in the lists of the Riyadh Activity Department at Kadoorie University during the first semester (2023-2024 AD). To process the data and reach the results, the statistical program was used (SPSS). The results showed that the level of psychological stress among the male and female players of some of the collective sports teams at Kadoorie University was moderate, while the results showed that the level of motivation for sporting achievement among the male and female players of some of the collective sports teams at Kadoorie University was high. The results also showed that there was a negative relationship between stress and Psychological and sports achievement motivation among members of the study sample. The results also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress and sports achievement motivation due to the variables (type of game, social gender). The study recommends developing training programs that enhance social interaction and individual and group support among athletes to achieve a competitive environment. Positive and motivating.
