The research problem crystallized from several axes, including weakness in some variables of tactical behavior during the performance of deaf football players. This weakness is due to the difficulty of directing players during matches and training because the players do not hear the coach's instructions. The other axis is the lack of interest of many coaches in searching for means and mechanisms that work to control the intensity of training units and correct performance during matches and within training units. In order to develop some biomotor capabilities and variables of tactical behavior in football for deaf players, the researcher intended to apply training Through an innovative device that works to deliver messages to players about the nature of the players' performance, this requires the coach to communicate with the players during the application of the physical and tactical aspects and how to correct and modify the performance and build these aspects well, in which communication between the coach and the players plays an important role to achieve the desired goal. As a result of these obstacles and problems facing coaches and players, the researcher designed and applied a wireless device to communicate between coaches and players during training and competition and modify the physical and tactical aspects and identify the effect of this device on the studied variables. The research community was represented by deaf football players in the Karbala Committee, where the sample was divided by a simple random method (lottery) into two groups (first experimental and second experimental) for each group (10) players. The goal was to develop some variables of tactical behavior. After conducting the pre-tests and applying the exercises prepared using the innovative device on the study sample by the researcher for a period of (6) weeks and at a rate of (3) weekly units, and then conducting the post-tests and obtaining the results, the effect of the training with the innovative device in developing the studied variables for the research sample was proven.
