Abstract

Introduction The development of global sports achievement, which has become in a state of continuous updating, and this is evident through the great leaps in the level of achievement and for all sports without exception, and was not random, but was an inevitable result of the use of scientific research methods and proper planning, through the employment of the foundations and principles of modern science, and since the sport of Athletics, which is characterized by the multiplicity of its competitions, so it is greatly affected by all biokinetic capabilities, and in light of these capabilities, the achievement depends on the different of those competitions. It is based on the production of energy in the anaerobic system (lactic), and here requires high training to make the ideal adaptations of the functional devices to withstand the high effort during the race to maintain the special speed i.e. the rhythm to achieve the best time to cut the distance, so training work should be done for it and from here the importance of the research emerged after the researcher followed up on the training of some runners Some coaches still have a lack of interest in dynamic lactic exercises that improve (speed And strength distinguished by speed and endurance of special speed) and the achievement of the 200-meter freestyle sprint, which is the ideal indicator to achieve the best achievement for runners under the age of twenty. Dynamic lactic exercises in improving some biokinetic abilities (speed and strength characterized by speed and endurance of special speed) and the achievement of 200 m freestyle under the age of twenty years. Identifying the differences in effect of dynamic lactic training in some biokinetic abilities (speed and strength characterized by speed and endurance of special speed) and the achievement of the 200 m freestyle run Under the age of twenty years, and the conclusions were the contribution of dynamic lactic endurance exercises to the improvement of achieving (200 m) freestyle under the age of twenty years.
