Abstract

Through the field experience of the researchers, where they noticed that there is a lack of use of teaching and educational strategies that employ aspects of scientific knowledge and mental aspects, which have a significant role in the process of learning motor skills for learners to benefit from them in fruitful learning outcomes, so there was an urgent need to use a modern teaching strategy, including The strategy of the extra-cognitive learning cycle, which emphasizes the observance of students' learning of motor skills, so the researchers sought to choose it, which is one of the strategies that make the learner interested in thinking, investigating, researching, developing his practical skills and the ability to use them in new circumstances, and through the foregoing, the research problem can be summarized With the following question:

Does the use of the strategy of the extra-cognitive learning cycle have an impact on the development of motor coordination and the accuracy of the shooting skill from jumping high in handball for students?

The research aimed to identify the strategy of the meta-cognitive learning course in developing the motor coordination and the accuracy of the shooting skill from jumping high in handball for students.

The researchers used the experimental approach by designing two equal groups with two pre- and post-tests to apply the vocabulary of the supra-cognitive learning cycle strategy. After completing the application of the vocabulary of the educational units, the researchers conducted the post-tests, then they collected the data and it was processed statistically with the (spss) program.
