The role of organizational culture in enhancing the positive behavior of directors of physical education directorates

The study included four sections. In the introduction, it touched on organizational culture to promote positive behavior, one of the necessary topics that must be familiarized with and followed up, especially for school principals, male and female, because of their role in raising or lowering the level of performance, and the importance of the role of the manager’s organizational culture and its repercussions on the employees’ behaviors, both positive and negative, which are an important element. In raising generations, as for the research problem, I noticed that each employee of the sports activity departments in the educational institution has behaviors that vary in the degree of their professional commitments, and the degree of commitment varies from one individual to another. All of this generated a problem for the researcher that she tried to study scientifically and used the descriptive approach on a sample consisting of technical supervisors in directorates. Physical education for the academic year 2022/2023, who are the technical supervisors, numbered (68) supervisors for applying the scale. The researcher concluded that the level of the organizational culture scale among the directors of sports activity departments in Iraqi education is higher than expected, and the values axis obtained as the highest level of the organizational culture scale among the directors of sports activity departments in Iraq. Iraqi Education recommended the need to use the organizational culture scale to measure positive behavior.
