Negotiation skills and their relationship to administrative creativity for sports activities officials in the General Directorates of Education From the point of view of teachers of physical education

The research dealt with the term negotiation skills as well as administrative creativity and its components and the nature of this relationship, and among the components of administrative creativity more closely related to negotiation skills, in addition to searching for the level of negotiation skills among officials of sports activities in the general directorates, and thus the aim of the research was to:
- Identify the relationship between negotiation skills and administrative creativity and its components.
- Identify the level of negotiation skills of the sample.
The researcher used the descriptive approach and identified the research sample (teachers of physical education in the Middle Euphrates region), where the building sample was (246) and the exploratory experiment sample (441). The researcher conducted the necessary scientific steps to build a measure of negotiation skills. And the use of a measure prepared previously for administrative creativity, after which the basic experiment was carried out to obtain the following conclusions:
1- The sample possesses acceptable negotiation skills after achieving a higher arithmetic mean than the hypothetical mean.
2- There is a correlation between negotiation skills and administrative creativity and its components, and the most closely related of the components is flexibility.
