The research problem lies in the fact that there is an urgent need for intelligence testing, which facilitates the work of coaches in the process of selecting players, and also because of its importance in providing students with advanced directions and goals, which helps them to acquire effective directions and goals according to their intelligence and helps in the process of learning, teaching and skill mastery that may achieve the best results in the educational process And sports, and the research aims to identify the relationship between multiple intelligences and goal orientations in its two dimensions (performance - outcome) for students of the team games of the Holy Karbala schools. The descriptive approach was chosen using the survey method and the correlational relationships, and the researcher concluded

Building a measure of goal orientations with its two dimensions (performance, outcome) for the players of school teams games for preparatory schools in the Holy Karbala Education Directorate.
