Abstract

Leadership plays an important and prominent role in the sports field, because of its effective impact in achieving advanced sports achievements and achieving the goals that the sports organization, the coach and the players aspire to. Therefore, the researcher wanted to delve into this field in order to predict the leadership of handball coaches and find out the extent to which educational behavior contributes to leadership that should be available in advanced handball coaches and players. Identifying the level of administrative leadership and educational behavior enjoyed by handball coaches in the clubs of the governorates of the central region from the point of view of advanced players. And devise predictive equations for the administrative leadership of handball coaches in terms of organizational commitment and educational behavior. The research community included handball players in the clubs of the governorates of the central region in Iraq, and the research sample was extracted in a stratified random way, according to the law of partial samples, and then applying the standards prepared for the study on the research sample, and the research reached the following conclusions

The levels of coaches in the administrative leadership variable were at a high level from the point of view of the advanced players in handball in the governorates of the central region. And the process of predicting leadership according to the regression equation can take its course in a mathematical community that possesses the characteristics that coincide with periods of psychological and mental stability in order to serve as a criterion for evaluation and prediction.
