Effect of special endurance exercises in some physiological and physiological variables and completion of running the suburb (8 km)

Abstract

The objective of the research was to prepare the special endurance exercises to develop the ability to carry the speed and carry the power and accomplish the running of the suburb (8 km) and develop some functional variables , VO2max and blood sugar before the effort to rest and after the effort directly, and determined the sample of young runners in the clubs The researchers also used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research. The researchers also adopted the curriculum prepared by the trainer, through which the researchers introduced the training (10) weeks from 21/10/2017 to 28/12/2017, with 3 training modules per week. The researchers also used the statistical bag (SPSS) The authors conclude that the endurance exercises showed an improvement in the ability to withstand strength and speed

tolerance and some functional variables such as the maximum consumption of oxygen and blood sugar before the effort to rest and a slight improvement in the blood sugar variable immediately after the effort. The researchers recommend the use of endurance exercises within the vocabulary Curriculum.
