Abstract

The effect of an educational program according to the Marzano model in teaching some offensive skills to boxing students. .

Boxing is one of the individual games in sports that spread the spirit of competition and promotion among its practice by all ages. Therefore, it is like any other game that has its basic principles that form the strong pillar on which it is based, and that the progress of any student's level and direction depends on his mastery of basic skills.

By observing the researcher, he found that there is a weakness in the performance of some basic skills, including (the stand-by, the movement of the feet, the straight punch). Education process . The importance of the research lies in preparing an educational program according to the Marzano model to learn some basic skills for students in boxing that contribute to the acquisition of skills and facilitate their performance and skill.

For this reason, the researcher decided to use Marzano's model as a new model with new exercises, tools and auxiliary devices in order to facilitate the learning process and master it in the required manner and at the appropriate speed for the basic skills of students in boxing. The number of them is (88) students and the sample was chosen randomly and the adults are (20) students and by (10) students for each group.

1- The educational program had a great role in learning the skill of punching and quitting.

2- The experimental group that used the Marzano model in learning the skill of the punch was superior to the members of the control group.
