The effect of skillful physical exercises on the development of endurance for some of the physical variables of young soccer players

Abstract

The research problem lies in: Most of the coaches focus in their training for table tennis, as it is isolated from the skill side, which creates a state of boredom and reduces motivation towards exercising without balls, in addition to not creating situations similar to what happens in the match, which puts the player in some situations that are difficult for him to solve. Simultaneously during the course of the match, and since the player is in constant motion on the field, he needs exercises through which he can develop the special stuttering characteristic and a number of physical variables,

The experimental approach was used for its suitability to the nature of the research. The research community is determined by the youth of Naft Al-Wasat football club for the football season (2021-2022), which numbered (30) players. As for the research sample, (20) players were selected, representing (66.66%) of the research community. When selecting the research sample, the researcher took into account that all players represent the age group under (19) years.

As for the most important conclusions, they were: the skillful physical exercises using the special table led to the development of all physical variables (the speed table, the strength table for the two legs, the explosive power for the two legs, the strength distinguished by the speed of the two legs, the transitional speed, the agility, the general table), by comparing the results of the tests Tri and post for the experimental group, as well as the curriculum prepared by the trainer led to the development of some physical variables (explosive strength of the two legs, agility, general length), by comparing the results of the pre and post tests of the control group.
